- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original condition: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Be in a resellable condition (e.g., no damage, tampering, or wear).
- Be a product that is not on the list of non-returnable items (please see exceptions below).
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Gift cards, sale items, or personalized products.
- Items purchased as final sale.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number (RA#) and the return address.

Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) and include the RA# on the return package. Please ensure the product is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Refunds and Processing
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm it meets our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
